Mahatma Khushi Ram Public Library & Reading Room Society is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860.
Currently, it has four categories of Members:
I) DONOR MEMBERS pay a one-time amount of INR 50,000 (or above as per their free-will) and become its life-time patron.
II) ORDINARY LIFE MEMBERS pay INR 7,500 Only.
III) ORDINARY LIFE MEMBERS who are (a) Senior Citizens; (b) Teachers, Educationists, Authors, Writers, Media Persons & the like and (c) Retired Govt. servants who pay concessional charges of INR 2,500 only.
IV) READING ROOM MEMBERS pay a nominal fee of INR 100 per month as follows:
First 3 months advance: 3 x INR 100/month = INR 300
